Description
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
- Count all cash drawer currency prior to performing any cash transactions
- Issue fills and credits for table games/Jackpots for Slot Department
- Cash checks, process markers for approved credit players upon proper identification
- Follows federal cash reporting requirements
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Environmental Working Conditions:
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations
- Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
Target Salary:
- Target Salary Range $15.50
