Position Requirements

• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

• Food handler certificate

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with placing orders
• Process transactions (cash, credit, and digital payments) accurately
• Maintain and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
• Able to handle both online order and walk in customers
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and bathroom
• Follow all company policies and manager instructions
