Main Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon entering and leaving the shop
• Manage transactions using our cash register with accuracy
• Scan goods, ensuring pricing and quantities are correct
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or check
• Provide change and receipts, and issue coupons and gift cards
• Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least a high school diploma
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge and good math skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve complaints
• Ability to work effectively in a team
