The role involves ensuring store cleanliness, safety, and appearance, including parking lots and fueling areas, and supporting food service and inventory management. CSRs may also perform minor maintenance tasks, support high-volume periods, and help train new team members. Requirements include basic skills, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
