Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent front-of-house customer service
- Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments at the point of sale (POS)
- Take and relay customer orders clearly and efficiently
- Handle cash drawer, balance transactions, and process refunds or exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front counter area
- Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and halal food offerings
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements:- Previous cashier, retail, or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
