Position Summary:

Provides friendly, efficient customer service while accurately processing orders and payments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ensures a clean and welcoming front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, card, and mobile payments
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Assemble simple orders (drinks, sides, packaged items)
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and beverage stations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders
• Handle customer concerns or escalate issues to management
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or food service experience
