With a legacy spanning over 75 years, we take pride in providing a memorable dining experience for every customer. What You'll Be Doing:- Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS- Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.- Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.- Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House and to ensure efficient order fulfillment.- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.- Operate with the absolute highest sense of integrity and honesty.
