Cashier/Floor Associate - Start Today

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-line retail role. This position plays an important part in delivering a positive shopping experience by providing friendly service, accurate transactions, and support across the sales floor. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, professional service throughout their visit
• Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with stocking, zoning, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
• Answer customer questions and direct them to products or resources as needed
• Support price checks, product returns, and basic issue resolution with professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs to the appropriate team member
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention practices
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy retail setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks such as stocking and lifting moderate items
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience
• Familiarity with sales floor operations and merchandising standards
• Experience handling transactions and balancing register drawers
