Main responsibilities of a cashier:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly take their orders.
- Accept payments, provide receipts, and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked front area.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a smile and handle transactions efficiently.
- Balance the cash register and scan items accurately.
- Accept payments in various forms and provide change and receipts.
- Process returns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport.
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
Requirements:
