Cashier/Food Runner to join our dynamic Cafe team. As a Cashier/Food Runner, you will serve as the primary liaison between the kitchen and the customer. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, setting and clearing tables, delivering food, and ensuring seamless communication between the front of house and back of house operations. Responsibilities: - Serve customers their meals and drinks in an efficient manner
- Communicate food orders to the kitchen staff
- Refill drinks
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulationsQualifications:
- Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30 pounds
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
