Position Summary

Poke Stop Mililani is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier/Front Team Member to join our team. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, taking orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean front-of-house area, and helping the restaurant run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.

• Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.

• Operate the cash register and POS system.

• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately.

• Prepare and package customer orders when needed.

• Communicate customer requests and special orders clearly with the kitchen team.

• Keep the front counter, dining area, and customer areas clean and organized.

• Restock front-of-house supplies, utensils, containers, sauces, and other items.

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.

• Assist other team members during busy periods.

• Help with opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.

• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable handling money and operating a POS system.

• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical duties required in a restaurant environment.
