We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashier & Gaming Attendants.


Position Summary


The Cashier & Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting guests in our limited video lottery (LVL) gaming area. This role includes operating the register, handling cash, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for all gaming customers.


Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  
  
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
  
  
• Monitor and assist guests in the gaming area in accordance with WV Lottery rules
  
  
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all gaming and alcohol regulations
  
  
• Maintain gaming room cleanliness, restock supplies, and complete required logs
  
  
• Restock coolers, shelves, and tobacco products
  
  
• Keep the store clean, including counters, floors, bathrooms, and gaming machines
  
  
• Assist with inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures
  
  
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, managers, and customers
  
  
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and WV Lottery regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (WV Lottery requirement)
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
  
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–35 lbs
  
  
• Basic math and cash-handling ability
  
  
• Previous convenience-store or retail experience preferred, but not required
