Bogey's Café is a local favorite in Wellsburg, WV, offering a welcoming atmosphere, relaxation, and gaming. We're currently looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as Cashier & Gaming Attendants.
Position Overview:
The Cashier & Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in both the café and gaming areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately
- Monitor and assist customers in the gaming area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and gaming spaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow all company procedures and local regulations regarding gaming and food service
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (due to gaming regulations)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Prior experience in retail, food service, or gaming is a plus but not required
