Cashier / Front Counter Associate – The Fry Box

Job Description


The Fry Box is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service while helping keep orders accurate and ensuring guests have a great experience.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can stay organized during busy meal periods.


Responsibilities

•  Greet customers and provide friendly service 
•  Take customer orders accurately 
•  Operate the cash register and process payments 
•  Answer questions about menu items, specials, and meal options 
•  Package and verify orders before handing them to customers 
•  Maintain a clean and organized front counter area 
•  Restock cups, sauces, napkins, and other supplies 
•  Assist with opening and closing duties 
•  Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders 

Qualifications

•  Customer service or cashier experience preferred but not required 
•  Strong communication and multitasking skills 
•  Dependable and punctual 
•  Friendly attitude and professional appearance 
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
•  Ability to stand for extended periods
