A respected financial institution in Heath is seeking a friendly, dependable Cashier to join its team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and cash handling experience who is looking to build a career in a professional financial environment.
As a Cashier, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by accurately processing transactions and assisting customers with their day-to-day banking needs. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling cash in a fast-paced setting.
Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and payments
Balance and maintain a cash drawer throughout the day
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships
Answer basic customer questions and direct them to the appropriate team members when needed
Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures
Protect confidential customer information
Support branch operations and administrative tasks as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous cash handling experience required
Strong customer service experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
$15.00 per hour
