Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Cashier/Host to be the friendly face of KÖY Grill. This role is essential in creating a great first impression for our guests, handling transactions efficiently, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house operation.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Manage reservations using OpenTable to optimize table turnover Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments using Toast POS Take phone and online orders with accuracy and efficiency Answer customer inquiries about the menu and restaurant services Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the front area Coordinate takeout and delivery orders seamlessly Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
Friendly and professional demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling transactions Previous experience with OpenTable or Toast POS is a plus (training provided) Must be reliable and punctualProfessionalism and Presentability
Previous experience as a cashier or host is a plus Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
