As the first smiling face that our customers see, you will be responsible for cultivating the best customer experience possible! Dine-in or take-out, you will serve by greeting customers with enthusiasm, ensuring the order is taken accurately, and helping fulfill any other customer needs that arise. The customer experience depends largely on the dining area's appearance, so cashiers are responsible for bussing, cleaning, and maintaining the dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, following Hat Creek cashier's best practices
• Accurately take customer orders on Point of Sale machine
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure front-of-house is clean and maintained
• Proper cash handling and register responsibilities
• Completion of checklists
• Provide excellent customer service
• Some coaching/training of new hires
