Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday (1 Saturday per month | 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

• Previous experience in heavy cash handling; bank teller experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented.

What You'll Do

• Operate and balance a cash drawer daily with accuracy and accountability.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to clients, drivers, and vendors.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or direct calls appropriately.
• Operate truck scale system to accurately weigh trucks in and out of the yard.
• Prepare tickets, receipts, and related transaction documentation.
• Perform filing and general office organization duties.
• Assist with additional administrative duties and office support as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
