A Cashier at Hirshleifers is responsible for delivering an exceptional checkout experience while supporting the brand’s luxury service standards. This role involves handling transactions accurately, assisting clients, and maintaining a polished, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems
- Provide a high-end, personalized customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing checkout area
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies
- Support sales associates with client transactions and special orders
- Package purchases carefully, ensuring premium presentation
- Help manage gift wrapping and special requests
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shifts
- Follow company procedures for loss prevention and security
Skills & Qualifications- Previous cashier or retail experience (luxury retail preferred)
