Cashier

Pawfect Shine is seeking a friendly and dependable Cashier to join our team in Milwaukee. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling transactions accurately, and helping maintain a welcoming and organized environment for pet owners and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Process customer purchases and service payments accurately
• Accept cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Provide customers with receipts and confirm transaction details
• Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer
• Answer basic questions about available pet services and products
• Assist customers with routine payment or transaction questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling cash and customer payments
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Comfortable working around dogs and other pets
