Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service as the “Face” of Firehouse Subs
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of store, merchandise, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, security, and operational guidelines

Physical and Operational Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers (40°F to -10°F)
• Operate food preparation machinery safely and efficiently
