What You'll Do:
- Provide fast and friendly service along with accurately processing purchases, returns, and other transactions.
- Keep the checkout area and front end clean and organized. Assist with stocking merchandise and store appearance.
- Promote our Ace Rewards Loyalty program and stay informed about store promotions and special sales.
- Assist customers with all items, participate in store communications, daily huddles, and team initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Communicate professionally and provide prompt, friendly, and attentive customer service.
- Stay organized, pay attention to details, work well as a team, and be willing to learn all areas of the store.
- Knowledge and experience in various departments are strongly desired. Willingness to help train others is important.
- Able to learn our computer programs, including our Point-of-Sale system.
- Prompt attendance and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Starting rate is based on experience and availability.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for an extended period of time. Move and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
