The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.
- Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
- Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
- Physicality: This is a "medium work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED) and 1-3 months of related experience are preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
- The Shift:
- 2-3 evening shifts from (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Weekends:
- Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Pay: The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $16.00/HR.

This is is a year round position, NOT a seasonal role.
