• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take dine in and takeout orders accurately using the POS system.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations when needed.
• Ensure takeout orders are complete, accurate, and ready on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and team members to provide efficient service.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and other front of house responsibilities as needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every interaction.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest focused.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, team oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an entire shift.
