Cashier/Receptionist

Mazda & Kia of Fargo is looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Cashier / Receptionist to join our dealership team.

As the first person our customers see and speak with, you’ll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming multi-line phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and route them to the appropriate department
• Process customer payments accurately and issue receipts
• Balance cashier transactions and maintain accurate records
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties
• Support the Sales, Service, and Accounting departments as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
