Are you the kind of person who can make someone feel welcome within the first few seconds of a conversation? Suntrup Automotive Group is looking for a friendly, polished and dependable Cashier/Receptionist to be one of the first faces—and voices—our customers experience.

This is more than answering phones and processing payments. You’ll help keep our dealership running smoothly, connect customers with the right people and make sure every interaction ends on a positive note.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer incoming calls and quickly connect customers with the right department or team member
• Process customer payments by cash, check and credit card
• Accurately calculate bills, make change and issue receipts
• Assist with basic accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Help customers with questions and connect concerns with the appropriate manager for resolution
• Keep calls moving efficiently while minimizing hold times
• Assist managers and team members with clerical and administrative tasks
• Learn our departments and internal processes so you can confidently guide customers
• Help create a welcoming, organized and professional dealership environment

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized and comfortable talking with people. You don’t need to know the automotive business—we can teach you that.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, professional and dependable attitude
• Strong attention to detail and comfort handling payments
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
• The ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• A professional appearance and demeanor
• A clean driving record with reliable transportation

Full-Time Hours:
M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Part-Time Hours:
M-F 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

$16 Per-Hour to start
