Cashier/Receptionist (Full-Time)

Full time position. Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service and other internal teams
• Receipt Service and Deposit for customers; Collect payments of cash, check and credit card
• Close Repair Orders
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• File repair orders and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Excellent technical and computer skills
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
