This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a professional, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process customer payments accurately
- Balance daily cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare receipts and paperwork
- Assist the service and sales departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front reception area
- File documents and assist with light office duties
- Provide outstanding customer service to every guest
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable answering multi-line phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous cashier, receptionist, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Approximately 20-30 hours per week
- Evening and Saturday availability preferred
- Flexible scheduling available
