Cashier / Sales Representative

About the Job:

We’re hiring a friendly, motivated Cashier / Sales Representative to join our Cricket Wireless - NKB Corporate Ventures Inc team. You’ll help customers choose phones and wireless plans, process payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and help them find the right phone, plan, and accessories
• Process sales, upgrades, activations, and payments
• Answer basic questions about billing, devices, and troubleshooting
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Meet personal and team sales goals

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Friendly, customer focused attitude
• Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology
