Main Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly upon entry and exit
• Managing transactions with precision using a cash register
• Balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
• Scanning goods and ensuring accurate pricing and quantities
• Accepting payments via cash, credit, or check
• Providing change and receipts for all transactions
• Issuing coupons, vouchers, and gift cards
• Bagging and wrapping purchases for safe transport
• Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate

Job Requirements:

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Capability to effectively resolve customer complaints
