Position Overview:

The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, processing food and beverage orders, and accurately handling cash, credit card, and digital transactions. This role assists customers with questions, promotes a positive guest experience, maintains a clean and organized work area, follows cash-handling and food safety procedures, and works collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional service.

 

This position is located in Staten Island, New York. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer orders and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Operate the POS system and maintain accurate transactions
• Answer guest questions and provide information about menu items, games, and promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with prize redemption and guest services as needed
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Work with team members to provide an excellent guest experience

Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in customer service, cashier, food service, or a related role.
• Must have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and operate a POS system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards.

Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
