Employees should consult with their manager individually for specific expectations.\n Answer phone calls\n Check-in golfers\n Books tee times\n Rents golf equipment\n Assigns golf carts and tee times\n Sells shop merchandise\n Opens, closes, and secures the Pro Shop and carts\n Keeps shelves stocked and tidy\n Keeps work areas clean throughout the shop\n Discusses merchandise and equipment ordering with management\n Opens and closes the cash register, cashes out daily income, makes daily deposits, and enters into the ledger\n Assists all customers as necessary\n Other duties to be assigned\n Monitor and marshal the speed of play\n Monitor the parking lot\n Serve Snacks, Hot Dogs, Soft Drinks & Beer\n Additional duty for trained club fitters:\n \nOversee club fitting services in the golf shop\n\n
