Job Description

Through direct contact, direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence, encourage customer retention and loyalty. Recruit new memberships for the Players'' Club, increase rated play, and attend to guests'' needs. Circulate on the casino floor assisting guests with questions and requests.

• Get out on the casino floor and connect with our guests-answer their questions and help make their experience unforgettable.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while championing the amazing benefits and exciting events of the Players'' Club.
• Build our community by recruiting new members and strengthening relationships with our current guests through direct mail, telemarketing, and personalized correspondence.
• Become a Players'' Club expert! Guide customers through our rewarding point system, help them claim their prizes, and show them how to get the most out of their club card.
• Partner with our Casino and Slot Hosts to create memorable player experiences and bring our best events to life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One to two years experience in customer service.
• Must have excellent oral and written skills and exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, email, and player tracking systems.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
