- Previous bartending or bar-related experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outgoing personality with ability to engage guests and drive business
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a drug test and background check.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and staff
- Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and guest areas
- Accurately process cash and POS transactions
- Stock supplies and complete assigned side work
- Engage with guests, promote events, and recommend products and rewards programs
- Monitor for underage gambling and enforce policies (e.g., Project 21)
- Follow all company, safety, and regulatory procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations
