What You'll Do:

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while mixing and serving food and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) to patrons

What You'll Bring:
  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
  • Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.
  • Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
  • Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages
  • Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.
  • Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.
  • Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude
  • Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21
  • Enhance the company’s objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance, according to department standards.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike.
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity depends upon customer volume.
  • Move effectively and efficiently throughout the casino floor and in the bar areas.
  • Carry serving tray, weighing up to 10 pounds, throughout an 8 hour shift and serve drinks to customers.
  • Document and comprehend drink orders.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.
Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Must meet established department appearance standards.
  • The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience.
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels

Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
