Responsibilities:
- Enhances the growth of gaming revenues through increased visitation and play consolidation of players.
- Creates loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques.
- Creates a fun-filled, welcoming experience for guests.
- Maintains close ties with guests through personal contact by phone and in person.
- Greets charter arrivals at Atlantic City airport.
- Greets guests upon check-in/ check-out, in the casino and participates in special events.
- Anticipates guests' needs and quickly responds to guests' requests to arrange transportation and accommodations.
- Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines.
- Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.
- Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment:
- Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
