JOB SUMMARY
Develop and increase VIP guest profitability by building strong professional relationships, actively work the casino floor to acquire new VIP business, encouraging club card utilization, and providing superior service and recognition. The VIP Host will constantly strive to exceed our guests' expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service. Candidates should have sharply honed interpersonal skills; inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions.
