BettingJobs is working with an established iGaming operator to recruit a Casino Manager based in San Jose, Costa Rica. This is a pivotal role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the casino product, where you will manage game releases, optimise lobby positioning, conduct thorough game testing, and produce the insightful reporting that drives strategic decision-making.

Well suited to an analytical, customer-focused iGaming professional who turns data into action. You bring strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude, enjoy collaborating across teams, and keep a close eye on industry trends to ensure the casino product consistently performs at its best.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor game performance, analyse key metrics and generate insightful reports.
  • Benchmark against competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee the setup, testing and launch of new casino games.
  • Manage the casino games roadmap, ensuring timely releases and updates.
  • Collaborate closely with development, design and marketing teams to ensure the seamless operation of the casino.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies and player preferences.
  • Proactively identify areas for product improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Prioritise a customer-centric approach to enhance player experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage risk across the casino portfolio in combination with other teams.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation across promotions, game placement and UX to improve conversion and engagement.

Requirements:

  • iGaming experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
