Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Promotions Manager oversees plan and development of Promotions and Special Events programs, with focus on revenue growth and image enhancement. You will report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will implement of all on/off-site Promotions and Special Events, from concept to completion including rule/brief, theme, F&B, entertainment, decoration, and tests.

2. Comply with all Gaming Commission and Compliance guidelines regarding promotional rules, and reports.

3. In charge of management of promotion coordinators including hiring, training, evaluating and coaching to success.

4. Responsible for internal/external communication of all Promotions/Special Events. This includes to establish a monthly/bi-weekly communication channel/campaign to all other departments.

5. You will coordinate with Marketing and Creative Services to procure all collateral needs which might consist of digital, banner, poster.

6. Coordinate with in-house departments to fulfill all setups needed to implement the Promotions and Special Events. These works include IT/audio-video setup, BEO, Database system setup, maintenance and outside vendors.

7. Oversee the management of promotional inventory and storage.; maintain the storage neat, clean and updated.

8. Understand P&L statement, forecasting and adherence to annual budgets and fiscal year promotional calendar.

9. You will ensure efficient cost controls.

10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years directly related experience
• General computer application proficiency (spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
• Public speaking skill.
• Apply oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
• Project, budget with attention to detail.
• Work independently and within a team to define problems and develop solutions.
• Collaborative style to facilitate communication and execution with teams' decision-making.
• Ability to have a flexible schedule and work weekends and holidays
• Two (2) year experience in Marketing supervisory/management in gaming industry.
