Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Player Development VIP Shift Manager, you will manage all daily operations for assigned shift observing established company standards and procedures. You will report to the Player Development Assistant Director.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will lead VIP Representatives to deliver great guest service, teamwork and camaraderie.

  2. Ensure that the daily operations of the VIP Lounge are maintained and carried out in fair and reasonable methods.

  3. Monitor job performance progress of associates, provide feedback to aid the associate in developing and enhancing skills and conduct performance management.

  4. Collaborate with Player Development AD''s and Directors to schedule associates, controlling labor costs, control spending costs associated with daily operations in the VIP Lounge, assist and accomplish PD Events and Promotions to increase profits

  5. Recruit, select, and make recommendations for future Casino Hosts and/or future Executive/Inside Sales Hosts.

  6. Manage guest''s expectations and handle manager level circumstances that arise in the VIP Lounge to ensure guest satisfaction.

  7. Place food orders and manage VIP Lounge F&B Offerings while controlling costs associated with the daily functions.

  8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledgeable in cost control systems and methods
  • Understand P&L statement and how his/her actions impact, improve
  • Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques
  • Two (2) years previous management or supervisory experience
