Caster Process Engineer

Process Engineer - Continuous Casting | Gulf Coast Region | Relocation Available

A leading global industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support Continuous Casting operations at one of the most advanced steelmaking facilities in North America. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing operation investing heavily in innovation, technology, sustainability, and employee development.

This role will focus on optimizing caster performance, improving quality and production KPIs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and technology teams.

? What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in casting/process engineering within steel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of caster operations and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience analyzing production, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment

? Preferred Experience:
• Advanced caster process expertise
• Melt Shop experience
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency
