Job Title: Casting Line Operator Location: Dracut, MA Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Must be available for Fridays and extended hours as needed based on production.
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Casting Line Operator to monitor production equipment, perform machine adjustments, and complete changeovers to keep the casting line running efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual
Basic math skills
Ability to read and understand English
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
Key Responsibilities:
Read and follow work orders and production instructions
Set up and adjust machines according to procedures
Load and change rolls for production
Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments
Operate hoists and pallet jacks safely
Lift materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
