Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production team
- Train team members and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
- Complete daily reports and communicate with the supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic English and communication skills
- Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in hot environments
- Reliable and team-oriented
