Job Summary: E-Sports Assistant Coach
Minimum Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience.*Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed above.
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Licensing Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License

- Coach student athletes in skill development - (Essential)
- Foster team cohesion and organization - (Essential)
- Provide tools and teach skills that cultivate well-rounded student development within and outside of athletic programs - (Essential)
- Organize and lead practices and games - (Essential)
- Coordinate travel to and from games - (Essential)
- Actively recruit student athletes within HACC and from the community - (Essential)
- Develop and nurture student, community, and alumni relationships - (Essential)
- Coordinate team fundraising efforts - (Essential)
- May organize and coach; organize and teach; recruit for camps, clinics and events - (Essential)
- Responsible for set-up and tear-down for special and scheduled events during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
- Assist in solving potential problems occurring during special or scheduled activities - (Essential)
- Perform other duties as assigned - (Standard)
Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

Pennsylvania Work Location Requirement: All work, teaching, meetings, and activities related to this position must be performed within the State of Pennsylvania. This position does not offer a remote work option.
