Lake Imaging and Capital Radiology are seeking AHPRA-registered Medical Practitioners to join our Casual Contrast Supervision Pool across metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong and Ocean Grove locations.

This opportunity is ideally suited to Doctors seeking flexible supplementary work around study, semi-retirement, other clinical commitments or lifestyle flexibility.

The Opportunity

You will provide onsite medical support for radiology procedures requiring contrast supervision and assist clinical teams in responding to adverse reactions or emergency situations when required.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervision of contrast procedures

• Management of adverse contrast reactions

• Assistance with difficult cannulations

• Clinical emergency response including anaphylaxis and CPR support

During quieter periods, you are welcome to study, complete administrative work or utilise downtime within the clinic environment.

Shifts are currently available across:

• Eastern Melbourne

• Western Melbourne

• Geelong

• Ocean Grove

About You

To be considered, you will require:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification, or BLS with Anaphylaxis certification

• Current Medical Indemnity Insurance

• Valid Australian working rights

• Confident and professional clinical communication skills
