Casual RN

Cura of Watkins is seeking a reliable and dedicated Casual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our flexible staffing team as a every 3rd weekend RN, from 6 am to 2:30 pm. RNs start at $37.25 an hour, but experience is concerned! As a Casual RN, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing care across various shifts, helping to support our healthcare team during busy times or staff absences. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across different units as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Adhere to organizational policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and shifts.
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
