Job Summary: The Head Women's Flag Football Coach will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the women's flag football program at HACC, ensuring the development of student-athletes both on and off the field. This includes overseeing all aspects of the program, including practice planning, competition strategy, recruitment, academic support, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the success of student-athletes and the mission of HACC and the NJCAA.

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience.*Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Such as those listed above.

Current CPR and First Aid Certification

Licensing Requirements: - Valid Driver's License

• Organize and lead practices and games - (Essential)
• Coordinate travel to and from games - (Essential)
• Actively recruit student athletes within HACC and from the community - (Essential)
• Develop and nurture student, community, and alumni relationships - (Essential)
• Coordinate team fundraising efforts - (Essential)
• May organize and coach; organize and teach; recruit for camps, clinics and events - (Essential)
• Responsible for set-up and tear-down for special and scheduled events during scheduled shift. - (Essential)
• Assist in solving potential problems occurring during special or scheduled activities - (Essential)
• Perform other duties as assigned - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

Pennsylvania Work Location Requirement: All work, teaching, meetings, and activities related to this position must be performed within the State of Pennsylvania. This position does not offer a remote work option.
