Machine Operator 
Pay Rate: $18/hr + $2 Shift Differential

Additional Incentive: Up to $2/hr incentive (applies while operating designated equipment only)

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Summary
Seeking a Machine Operator to support industrial recycling and disassembly operations. This role involves breaking down automotive components, operating cutting equipment, and extracting internal materials for further processing. The work is repetitive, physically demanding, and performed in a heavy industrial environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate saws and cutting machines to disassemble automotive components
• Remove internal materials and recover valuable components
• Break down piping and separate scrap materials
• Sort and stage materials for further processing
• Operate designated machinery for production processes (incentive eligible)
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Experience in industrial, construction, or scrap yard environments preferred
• 1+ year of relevant hands-on experience acceptable
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use hand tools and cutting equipment
• Comfortable working in a repetitive, physically demanding environment
• Ability to work with automotive scrap materials and get dirty
• Strong safety awareness and reliability
