DETAILS
- This practice has 3 Ophthalmologists and is rapidly growing
- Full support team including Technicians & Scribes
- 25-30 patients a day on office days
- 60% Cataract patients
- Cataract annual volumes of 400-500
- 4 days a week of office
- 1 day a week of surgery
- Surgeries are performed onsite in the ASC
- 1 in 3 call schedule
- Updated technology throughout the office
Requirements:
- Our next doctor MUST do surgery
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- Opportunity to make up to $600,000 annually
- $325,000 or 33% of Net Collections
- Great benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
- 4 weeks PTO
- $3,000 a year for CE
- 401(k)
- Sign-on Bonus ($70,000 total, $20,000 paid out & $50,000 in equity)
