    Catastrophic Field Case Manager (RN)

    Full-Time | Permanent | Remote Field-Based | New Orleans, LA

    RN License Required

We are seeking experienced and self-driven Registered Nurses (RNs) with a background in catastrophic workers’ compensation case management. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering both independence in managing your caseload and the potential to earn bonuses.

    As a Field Case Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for injured workers by collaborating with medical providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-person assessments and ongoing case management for catastrophic injury cases.
    • Coordinate and monitor medical treatment plans.
    • Serve as a liaison between injured workers, healthcare providers, employers, and insurers.
    • Ensure timely and appropriate care while facilitating return-to-work strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Active LA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Proven experience in catastrophic workers’ compensation case management.
    • Willing to train someone with previous hospital or managed care case management experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
    • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
